The Platform provides various artificial intelligence-powered tools for content creation, development, and management. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or terms referenced herein. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

9.2 WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.3 WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAZOSTAR LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lazostar LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
12.2 Upon termination, your license to use the Platform will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Casper, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
14. Compliance with Laws
14.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to export control laws and data protection laws, in your use of the Platform.
14.2 If you are located in the European Union, you agree to use the Platform in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
15. Amendments

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lazostar LLC regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.3 You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
16.4 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
